Product introduction of magnesia chrome brick

Magnesia chrome brick belongs to alkaline refractory products, generally made of sintered magnesia (MgO content between 89% and 92%) and refractory grade chromium brick as raw material production, due to impurities, refractory grains are silicate bonded. Commonly referred to as magnesia chrome brick, generally refers to the fired ordinary magnesia chrome brick, also known as silicate combined magnesia chrome brick, referred to as magnesia chrome brick.

Application of magnesia chrome brick

Magnesia chrome bricks are mainly used in metallurgical industry, such as electric furnace top, off-furnace refining furnace and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces. The high temperature parts of the wall of the ultra-high power electric furnace are made of fused magnesia chrome bricks, the high erosion area of the refining furnace outside the furnace is made of magnesia chrome bricks made of synthetic materials, and the high erosion area of the non-ferrous flash melting furnace is made of fused magnesia chrome bricks and synthetic materials. In addition, magnesia chrome brick is also used in cement kiln firing belt and glass kiln regenerator chamber.
