Lightweight Alumina hollow ball brick is made of alumina hollow ball and alumina powder as the main raw materials. Alumina hollow balls are especially suitable for high temperature kiln applications at 1800℃.

- High porosity, generally can reach 40%-85%
- The volume density is low, generally less than 1.5g/cm3
- Low thermal conductivity, generally less than 1.0W (m·K)
Application of alumina hollow ball brick
Lightweight Alumina hollow ball brick can be used in high temperature and energy saving shuttle kiln, molybdenum wire furnace, induction furnace, nitriding furnace, etc. Lightweight Alumina hollow ball can be used for high temperature, ultra-high temperature heat insulation filler, high temperature refractory concrete lightweight aggregate, high temperature castable, etc.
