Product Details

refractory manufacturer

We are a refractory material manufacturer, with four major factories: heavy brick factory, light brick factory, monolithic refractory factory and fused-cast brick factory.
We promise to provide you with high-quality refractory materials.

Product introduction of acid resistance refractory brick

Acid resistance refractory brick is quartz, feldspar, clay as the main raw materials, by high temperature kiln fired into the corrosion resistant material. Due to the tight structure of acid resistance refractory brick, water absorption rate is small, so at room temperature can also be resistant to various concentrations of alkaline media, but not resistant to high temperature molten alkali.

Features of acid resistance refractory brick

  • High acid resistance
  • Low water absorption
  • Not easily polluted by media
  • It is not easy to oxidize at room temperature

Details of acid resistance refractory brick

Environmental conditions for construction of acid resistance refractory brick: the temperature should be 15-30 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 80%. When the construction temperature is lower than 10℃, heating and insulation measures should be taken, but no direct heating with open flame or steam. Do not contact water, steam and fire sources in the construction environment. Outdoor construction should be set up rainproof, sunscreen shed.
