Masonry steps

(1) Build fire-resistant insulation materials according to the material model, size and position on the masonry drawing.

(2) Determine and calculate the position of the side wall hole brick center and the kiln outer frame transmission center.

(3) Lay fire-resistant insulation materials for side walls, then lay fire-resistant insulation materials at the bottom, and then close the ceiling of the kiln.

(4) Generally, the masonry shall be started from the kiln head, and the masonry shall be distributed according to the number of construction personnel, but it shall be completed in coordination with each cross construction process as far as possible.

Technical requirements for masonry

(1) The refractory mud shall be soaked for more than 24 hours and mixed evenly.

(2) Plumpness of masonry mud: >90%.

(3) Masonry shall be carried out according to class II masonry in the national standard, i.e. mortar joint: ≤ 2.0mm.

(4) Requirements for expansion joint in width direction: 5mm; Requirements for expansion joint in length direction: 10mm. All adjacent layers of bricks of the wall are laid in a staggered manner. An expansion joint is reserved every 1 ~ 1.2m in high temperature zone, every 1.5m in middle temperature zone and every 2m in low temperature zone. 10mm expansion joint shall be reserved at the same cross section of the bottom wall in the middle, and joints shall be reserved at each layer of the side wall. All expansion joints shall be filled with fire-resistant fiber cotton of corresponding specifications according to each temperature zone.

(5) The masonry construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications, varieties and dimensions of fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials required in the drawings.

(6) Ceiling tiles, top and side tiles, top insulation cotton, thermal insulation fiber felt of kiln top expansion joint and end expansion joint shall be constructed on site according to the drawings.

(7) All opening dimensions of the kiln body shall be built according to the opening dimensions of the kiln outer frame structure. The opening size includes accident handling hole, burner hole, observation hole, thermocouple hole, quench air duct hole, etc.

(8) The place where the refractory insulation cotton is plugged must be filled.

(9) Requirements for the size of wide channel in the kiln: ≤± 2.0mm.

(10) The perpendicularity of the kiln wall in the vertical direction shall be ≤ 2mm/m.

(11) Straightness requirements of kiln wall in horizontal direction: ≤ 5mm/100m.

(12) The central horizontal plane of the hole brick shall be in the same plane with the central horizontal plane of the roller hole of the outer frame structure, with a deviation of ≤± 1.5mm.

(13) The masonry surface of the accident treatment hole shall be kept flat and beautiful.

Installation steps and technical requirements of roller kiln frame

The frame installation of the roller table is an extension of the manufacturing process of the kiln frame, and also makes preparations for the installation of wind, power and oil systems and the masonry of refractory materials in the next step. According to the construction sequence, from the frame to the assembly, it is necessary to strictly check whether each index meets the technical requirements specified above. If not, the frame shall be corrected.

Before installation, it is also necessary to check whether the kiln foundation is reasonable, including: load bearing capacity, and the horizontal plane error should be controlled within the range of ≤± 10.0mm.

After the above processes are checked, the setting out process is started. The central position of the kiln shall be roughly determined according to the process design drawing, and the error shall be controlled within ≤± 10.0mm (that is, the distance from the center to the center line of the workshop column or wall). After the center position is determined, the kiln frame shall be arranged in place from the beginning to the end, the reference point from the roll center to the foundation shall be determined, the pile shall be driven before and after the kiln, the steel wire shall be pulled as the kiln center line, the kiln frame center line based on the transmission center shall be determined, and the positioning adjustment of each frame shall be carried out with a level gauge. The adjustment control dimension is:

(1) Take the steel wire as the kiln center, and the deviation between the center of each frame and the steel wire during adjustment: ≤± 1.5mm; De Hua Tao Ci Zong Zhan

(2) Deviation of column center distance between kiln frames: ≤± 1.0mm;

(3) Compared with the determined reference datum point, the horizontal error of the transmission center: ≤± 1.5mm.
