Brief introduction of high alumina refractory ball
High alumina refractory balls include ordinary fire resistant balls and high aluminum resistance balls. The refractory ceramic ball can withstand the high temperature of 1900 ℃, with high mechanical strength and long-term use.
Features of high alumina refractory ball
High alumina refractory ball, also known as spherical heat storage body, is a kind of refractory with good performance because of its low linear shrinkage rate of reburning, high softening temperature under high temperature load, high corrosion resistance, high strength, large heat storage and release, good thermal shock stability, good thermal conductivity, and small thermal expansion coefficient.
Application of high alumina refractory ball
The high alumina refractory ball is applicable to the regenerative ball combustion system of gas and non gas fuel industrial furnaces, especially for the regenerative heating furnace, regenerative ladle roaster, air separation equipment heat accumulator in space division industry, and regenerative furnace in nonferrous metal industry. In addition, it can be used as heat storage carrier in regenerative trolley furnace, regenerative electric boiler, regenerative incinerator, etc. of large-scale forging plants.
