Product introduction of ceramic fiber blanket
Ceramic fiber blanket is made of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament by special double-sided needling process. After the double-sided needling process, the degree of interweaving, resistance to stratification, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fibers are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability at both high and low temperature conditions.
Features of ceramic fiber blanket
White color, regular size, set fire, heat insulation, heat preservation in one. It does not contain any binder. It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used in neutral and oxidizing atmosphere for a long time. Temperature resistance is 950-1400℃.
