Silica fire brick belongs to acid refractory material, silica content is more than 94%, density 2.38g/cm3. The mineral facies composition of silica fire brick is mainly squamous quartz and quartzite, with a small amount of quartz and vitreous. In the process of use, under 800℃ to slowly heating and cooling, so as not to crack. Therefore, it should not be used in the kiln with temperature changes below 800℃.
