Abrasion resistance refractory mortars are resistant to high temperature inorganic refractories, have good flame resistance, corrosion resistance and do not produce toxic gases.
Application of anti-corrosion refractory mortar
Abrasion resistance refractory mortars can be used on a large scale for the construction of heat furnace kitchens, thermal storage rooms, combustion chambers, at the top of blast furnaces and other parts, as well as for the restoration of sites such as the dome and wall of industrial furnaces.
Using Method:
Please stir well with water while using. The volume of water changes according to the consistence. The mud hanging should be full and even while construction.
The refractoriness of fire clay refractory mortar is 1580~1750℃, water content of ≤6%. The Fe2O3 content for blast furnace construction should be less than 2.5%.
